Femcels (and incels alike) will often have jaw issues and need double jaw surgery to achieve normie status. I have an extremely recessed mandible that slopes into my neck, and makes me look ugly and simple. Aka a "mouthbreather" face.
Jaw surgery is generally covered under most insurance plans. However, depending on what country you're in the wait time can vary from 1-3 years to 10 years. To just get jaw surgery that's not covered under insurance in the United States is between $30,000 - $50,000.
If your jaw is holding you back and you have accepted the consequences of being botched by double jaw surgery (this includes looking worse after surgery, extreme facial pain, inability to chew, infected gum tissue, need to have surgery done TWICE more) then you can look into having it performed abroad.
I'm providing this information so people don't feel completely hopeless about their situation. I TRULY believe that having double jaw surgery in your own home county is the best decision to make, but if you want to take a risk these countries have options for you.

Getting surgery abroad can be very risky because of language barriers and law differences.
Many UK women go to Turkey for BBLs, lipo, boob jobs and other procedures and have ended up dying, in comas or with rotten boob tissue.
ALL plastic surgery carries risk and this is not indicative of all treatment in Turkey; some people have really great results. It's just that because of the difference in law if something goes wrong it's hard to get compensation or a revision that's free.
I know of one woman who ended up in a coma after lipo and racked up a lot of debt because she needed extra medical care outside of what she paid for and their health care is not free over there. They were refusing to release her body to her family because of the debt which made a horrible catch-22 because the longer she stayed, the more they had to pay, and she couldn't go back to the UK unless they paid.
You have to be careful and do your research especially if you're a POC . A lot of medical professionals are ignorant when it comes to other ethnicities as it is, I can only imagine what it's like in homogenous societies.
If you have an overbite/recessed jaw/chin you can always look into genioplasty which is way cheaper and comes with less complications. It's the procedure I'm choosing because it's unlikely I'll qualify for free surgery because of teeth and I could never afford it out of pocket. It's better than nothing and a majority of the results I look up are really good.
Italy is known for its maxfacs. Dr Ramieri/Marinetti and Raffaini. 10-15k euros roughly.
That just works for 1st world incels/femcels.
