Yes. Files stored via WorkflowMAX are accessible to anyone with the appropriate Dropbox permissions. Document access is managed through your Dropbox sharing settings.
Dropbox is a good fit for firms that already use it for file sharing and collaboration. Job documents live alongside your other Dropbox files with the same sharing permissions you already manage. Dropbox's external sharing capabilities extend naturally to job documents.
Once connected, new documents uploaded to WorkflowMAX are routed to Dropbox. Existing documents remain where they are unless manually migrated. You can disconnect at any time.
