When you have received your final Letter of Acceptance, follow all the below application steps. Non-compliance with the EeF deadlines and steps will result in an abandoned file.

Whenever you book a visa interview after CFP Review
The EeF procedure is a paid service and non-refundable.
The email registered on your EeF file will be the only channel of communication for your application. It should not be shared with any third-party.
Campus France Pakistan only processes the files of residents or individuals with a valid proof of residency in Pakistan.
Campus France Pakistan office is not open without an appointment; no walk-in will be accepted.

Create your account on the EeF Platform .
You must fill your personal information and upload all the following compulsory documents online before to submit your file . Bear in mind that any academic and professional experience should be justified with corresponding documents. Scans should be clear, and information between the uploaded documents and your application should match.
When all the files are correctly submitted (clear scans, all required documents, matching information between the uploaded documents and your application), submit your file. You must not make any payment before you received the payment request.
Once your application is received by Campus France Pakistan, you will be required to pay the EeF application fee of PKR 30,000.
When you receive the request for payment, within one week:
The completion of all these steps is necessary for EeF file review. Do it within one week after receiving the request for payment by Campus France Pakistan.
If you are a beneficiary of a governmental scholarship (French Government, HEC Pakistan) or an Erasmus Mundus student, your EeF fees will be exempted upon uploading a valid proof of scholarship.
Once the EEF application fee has been confirmed, your profile will be reviewed by Campus France Pakistan. Kindly note that your payment would not be directly validated on EeF. Your payment will be validated after the academic interview.
If any corrections are needed, the file will be returned for revision. Kindly correct as soon as possible your application for smoother cooperation and submit it again.
Once you file is complete, it will achieve “validated” status.
After the EeF file is definitely validated, Campus France Pakistan will invite the candidate for an academic interview. The booking of the interview will only be allowed through the EeF portal.
The academic interviews will take place in the closest Alliance Française from your address indicated in your EeF file among:
You shall bring ALL your documents (originals) and the EeF fees payment receipt . They will be verified against the documents you applied on the EeF platform.
Your EeF fees payment will be validated after the academic interview.
After your academic interview, Payment Notification will be sent promptly attached with the Campus France receipt. If you are enrolled in a French University, you shall book a student appointment.
Booking with AEG can be done only upon presentation of the Etudes en France Certificate and the Campus France receipt. You shall provide during the interview ALL the required visa application documents .
