French Higher Education Institution (HEI) Review
The EeF procedure is a paid service and non-refundable.
The email registered on your EeF file will be the only channel of communication for your application. It should not be shared with any third-party.
Campus France Pakistan office is not open without an appointment; no walk-in will be accepted.
Campus France Pakistan only processes the files of residents or individuals with a valid proof of residency in Pakistan.
You cannot edit your Choice of Programs after the deadline of file submission (18th November 2026).

No compliance with the EeF deadlines and process will result in an abandoned file.
Create your account on the EeF Platform .
You must fill your personal information and upload all the following compulsory documents online before to submit your file . Bear in mind that any academic and professional experience should be justified with corresponding documents. Scans should be clear, and information between the uploaded documents and your application should match.
For Candidature phase, motivation should be filled on the platform and not with additional documents (such as motivation letter). When all the files are correctly submitted (clear scans, all required documents, matching information between the uploaded documents and your application), submit your file. You must not make any payment before you received the payment request.
Once your application is received by Campus France Pakistan, you will be required to pay the EeF application fee of PKR 30,000.
When you receive the request for payment, within one (1) week:
The completion of all these steps is necessary for EeF file review. Do it within one (1) week after receiving the request for payment by Campus France Pakistan.
If you applied through Candidature ("I am applying" Tab) and later receive an admission in a different French Higher Education Institution from your previous application , this is considered a new Preconsular application ("I am accepted" Tab). You shall start the process again and pay the fees again.
Once the EEF application fee has been confirmed, your profile will be reviewed by Campus France Pakistan. Kindly note that your payment would not be directly validated on EeF. Your payment will be validated after the academic interview.
If any corrections are needed, the file will be returned for revision. Kindly correct your application within two (2) working days for smoother cooperation and submit it again.
Once your file is complete, it will achieve “validated” status.
After the EeF file is completely validated, Campus France Pakistan will invite the candidate for an academic interview.
The academic interviews will take place in the closest Alliance Française from your address indicated in your EeF file among:
You shall bring ALL your documents (originals) and the EeF fees payment receipt . They will be verified against the documents you applied on the EeF platform.
Your EeF fees payment will be validated after the academic interview.
French High Education Institutions will review your application, and they will indicate on EeF if you are admitted to your different Academic Programs by 30th April 2027.
If you are selected in one or several of your Academic Programs, you’ll have then until 31st May 2027 to confirm your choice of 1 final academic program.
You can then proceed as soon as possible to secure your visa appointment.
Don’t wait, as visa appointments slots are limited and on a first come first served basis.
If you are enrolled in a French University, you shall book a student appointment.
Booking with AEG can be done only upon presentation of the Etudes en France Certificate and the Campus France receipt. You shall provide during the interview ALL the required visa application documents .
