A group of moms were complaining about how their daughters were not allowed to bring cell phones into the class room; the teacher demanded the surrender of electronics into a box before class began. Now, these struck me as reasonably well educated, middle class moms. They were horrified that a teacher would have the audacity to deprive their children of the their smart phones. I found this utterly fascinating! I would have assumed precisely the *opposite* response from a group of parents. They were perhaps younger moms who were projecting a combination of their own digital addictions as well as their social networking imperatives onto their children's lives and future chance of success. -The idea, (I'm theorizing here), being that social success and therefore survival of one’s genetic lineage is highly dependent upon 'winning' at the social networking game, where cell phones and texting are today pivotal components. I figured something like this might evolve, but I was NOT expecting it to happen so quickly, and I also vaguely believed that ostensibly smart people would recognize the trap and not be so eager to be consumed by such obviously negative social engineering. But instead.., people run toward the meat grinder because their impulse buttons have been pushed even though anybody with a brain can freely see the word, “abattoir” posted above the entrance. Their denial was astonishing. The stubborn arguments against screens being at all bad for one’s mental health were outrageously stupid, and coming from otherwise responsible, healthy and wealthy adults on the leading edge of the work force and today's current generation of family rearing..? Amazing.

The PTB/MSM-programmed AmeriKan idiots, (who, even after all the truth available about how- practically, if not every - US military endeavor results from inside jobs, and yet, they, even now, 16 years after the obvious lies like 9/11, most will still not take off their blood colored glasses, as they believe the shade to be rose, as they were told on 'The View' this morning. I had so much hope for America- I got it from my parents and family - and now I wonder not how to fix it (the system simply will not allow it...ask JFK or Gary Webb). But where to go? I'm an American, and I hear and believe that the official policies of AmeriKa and the personal behavior of AmeriKants overseas, have made the world over rightly hostile to us. Beyond that, there is much much more re my world here (these days) I could truthfully detail which would cause the walls to scream 'Leave!' I guess I'm hoping for a place with surf and snow skiing, like my formerly beloved California.. .was! Whatever. Sorry.. Good post and observation. R.C.
