Luckily, Nature Mints are conveniently named so you know the exact nature effects that you will be getting. Note, though, that you can only unlock Nature Mints once you have defeated a total of six Gym Leaders.

There are a total of 25 natures available in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. Five of them are neutral and do not affect your Pokémon’s stats, while the other 20 will give you various combinations of stat increases and decreases. To breed Pokémon with a specific nature, simply have one of the parent Pokémon hold an Everstone and the offspring will inherit that parent’s nature. While this method may be a bit obsolete due to the existence of Nature Mints, it’s still good to know in a pinch. Not to mention, this method is free.
