On 26 April 2026, H.E. Ambassador Raymond Balatbat welcomed Mr. Richard Ferrera, newly arrived personnel of the Migrant Workers Office – Riyadh (MWO-Riyadh).
Mr. Ferrera will be assigned as administrative staff at the MWO-Riyadh to ensure ample support for the needs of Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) in the Kingdom.
