Anybody who sells online and has sales tax nexus in Kansas knows this state is already difficult to deal with. This destination-based state has over 900 taxing jurisdictions, meaning that filling out sales tax returns can get very difficult very quickly.
But what about sales tax on shipping? Does Kansas make that difficult, too?
Thankfully, not so much.
