20% of the plan fee for 12 months. Only the CallMerlin subscription (Starter / Professional / Business). Not overage minutes, minute packs, extra PINs, widgets or phone numbers. When your client upgrades plan, your cut scales with the plan fee.
€150 activation bonus per net-new company on Professional or higher . Starter still earns your 20%, but no bonus. One bonus per company. No self-referrals.
Keep 100% of your implementation fees. You charge clients whatever you want for setup, training and go-live. We take nothing.

How it counts: first paid subscription attributed to you, no self-referrals, one bonus per company. Dub may book this as a performance bounty; we can correct Starter or self-referral bonuses under the Partner Terms. A payout holding period (typically 30 days) can apply to sale commissions.
Who gets paid follows Dub attribution and our Partner Terms, not who happens to talk to the account.
CallMerlin may engage any account. That alone does not strip a legitimate commission. What can cost a commission: fraud, self-referral, broken program rules, or attribution that never tracked.
