The Support Bot (Modmail, tickets, voice support and the AI assistant) is available on the Professional and Unlimited plans. Upgrade your server to start using everything below.
The Support-Bot has received a third system: Voice Support . Users join a voice channel, your team brings them individually into private conversations. Position DMs, notes, call threads, and feedback are all built-in.
Runs alongside Modmail and the ticket system.
What you need: Early-Access perk of the ScootKit membership + active SCNX Unlimited or Professional plan (not available on Starter). https://membership.scootkit.com
No membership? Voice Support will be unlocked in 3 to 4 months for every SCNX server with Unlimited/Pro without a membership. Memberships support us and allow us to test new features in a smaller circle before GA.

Ticket attachments are automatically archived into the server's file library, so that they continue to work after the Discord links expire. Enabled by default, rolling out today for every Support-Bot - no membership or EA needed.
