Mawarid Holding is a private Saudi investment company, headquartered in Riyadh. It was established in 1968 and manages investments in diversified businesses in financial services, telecommunications, satellite television and radio network, construction, general distribution and trading, and catering.
Mawarid Group has expanded geographically in multiple countries (KSA, Kuwait, Qatar, UAE, Oman, Lebanon, and Bahrain) and they are looking to have a strong human resource management system that can cover the whole group’s requirements and HR needs.

Project management standards were followed by Mawarid as well as Menaitech. The Menaitech team studied the full scope of Mawarid – Power BI and provided the Application Programming Interface, in addition to reflecting all data required to activate the Power BI to the management of Mawarid Group within a challenging deadline.
A successful coordination took place between the project manager and Professional Services leader from Menaitech on one hand and Mawarid management on the other, in listing all the advantages and disadvantages of each practice. After long discussions and analyses, Mawarid group took the strategic decision to follow Menaitech practices as they were found to ease the work of Mawarid HR and users in covering daily and long term objectives across the group.
Menaitech is a multi-country system since its foundation and its teams are knowledgeable of the regulations throughout the MENA region. This was a major advantage point, as Menaitech worked with the support of the Mawarid Group HR team across the region.
