Certificate of attendance for the training program.
Accreditation certificate (after successfully passing the accreditation exam). The exam will be conducted within a period not exceeding two months from the conclusion of the training program, and participants will be notified of the date in due time.
Activated subscription for three months for each trainee on the Menaitech payroll system.
This program is designed for junior HR, fresh graduates, or anyone who wants to become familiar with and build a knowledgeable foundation of HRMS, HRM, payroll and personnel management, and MenaPAY®’s systems’ cycles.
The program consists of 5 modules: Introduction to Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS), Human Resources Management (HRM), Payroll and Personnel Management, Payroll and Personnel Management Systems, and the MenaPAY®
Sessions will be held either online or in classrooms.
This course is menaitech accredited. We are also recognized by SHRM® as a Recertification Provider. Members of these organizations are eligible to receive personal development credits (PDCs) upon completion of one of our programs.
Those who have completed the course’s required training hours will receive a certificate of attendance. In order to earn the certified MenaPAY® Associate Accreditation (MPAY-CA®), you need to take the MPAY-CA®
This accreditation remains valid for 2 years. In order to remain certified at the end of the two years, you will be assessed on the system updates that have occurred during those past two years.
