He has extensive experience in all areas of human resources, including organizational development, performance management, rewards, talent management, career progression, leadership development, recruitment, and human resources operations. He holds a bachelor's degree in management information systems from King Saud University, in addition to completing the Leadership Development Program from the Institute of Leadership and Management (The Institute of Leadership & Management).
