The MPAY-CA ® accreditation is aimed at junior HR, fresh graduates, or those looking to develop their practical skills in HR, and those who enroll do not need to have any prior knowledge in HRM. The MPAY-CP ® accreditation is aimed at those who have been in the HR field and wish to enhance their skills to drive individual growth and become HR professionals.
Those who have completed the course’s required training hours will receive a certificate of attendance. In order to earn the certified MenaPAY ® Professional Accreditation ( MPAY-CP ® ), you need to take the MPAY-CP ® exam.
This accreditation remains valid for 3 years. In order to remain certified at the end of the three years, you will be assessed on the system updates that have occurred in those past three years.
