Magnet, a digital social innovation platform at Toronto Metropolitan University, has partnered with RBC Future Launch on a new initiative to support youth job seekers and small businesses across Canada. Through the RBC Youth Employment Portal, it enables youth job seekers across Canada to get matched to jobs, work placements, and internships with Canadian small and medium-sized businesses and get access to resources and programs to help plan and further their careers.
With Magnet, opportunities find you. When employers post a job on Magnet that matches your skills and goals, you’ll be invited to apply. You can also use Magnet’s job search tool to find new jobs from Canada Job Bank and Indeed, meaning you can find more jobs in one place.
