IMPORTANT: No compliance with the EeF deadlines (Application, payment and final choice of academic program) will result in an abandoned file.
Campus France Pakistan considers with the highest scrutiny every file which is submitted. This process requires time. Generally, the full process of your EeF file can take up up to 3 months for PreConsulaire campaign (« I am accepted ») and 7 months for Candidature campaign (« I am applying »).
In order to ease and fasten the process of your file, kindly :
Campus France Pakistan assist applicants and considers with the highest scrutiny every file which is submitted. Whenever necessary, CFP will contact you.
Contacting CFP Team is generally not necessary since submitted files are considered and CFP contacts you during all the procedure.
Campus France office is not open without an appointment; no walk-in will be accepted. To book an appointment with a Campus France Pakistan officer , kindly send an email to [email protected] .
Regarding questions on your EeF file, kindly send an email only to [email protected] with title [PK NUMBER-explanation of your issue]. Emails without this title will not be answered to.

Campus France Pakistan is not a consultancy and its officers are not agents. Campus France Pakistan provides a public service to Pakistani students to lead its mission of promotion for French Higher Education. The Etudes en France fees are only meant to cover operational costs. No Agent is required during the application process.
The email registered on your EeF file will be the only channel of communication for your application. It should not be shared with any third-party.

If you academic program is online, no application on EeF and no student visa is required. Since your program is online, mobility to France is not required.
If your program is only partially in person in France (such as one semester), you should apply through EeF only for the dedicated duration during the academic program. You should submit your application on EeF during the campaign associated with this mobility to France. Learn more about applications rules on this page .
For academic year 2027-2028, Pakistani students can apply to public French universities available on Etudes en France Catalog through « I am applying » tab.
Students can select up to 7 Master’s programs or 3 Bachelor’s programs from the EeF Programs list.

Kindly find the list of mandatory documents for this Candidature campaign ("I am applying") on this page and for Preconsular campaign ("I am accepted") on this page.
After the deadline for applications during the Candidature campaign (18th of November for 2026-2027), you cannot edit your list of Choice of Programs anymore. You will have to pursue your application with the current list.

As per academic year 2026-2027, you will be required to pay the EeF application fee of PKR 30,000. Fees are necessary to cover the working costs of Campus France Pakistan to complete its missions.
All the payment steps and deadlines indicated on EeF Homepage application should be rigourously respected for your application to be considered. For payment, kindly follow the steps indicated for both PreConsular and Candidature applications.
If you are a beneficiary of a French governmental scholarship (Eiffel, Embassy Climate Change) or an Erasmus Mundus student, your EeF fees will be exempted upon uploading a valid proof of scholarship.
Under no circumstance EeF fees are refundable. You are responsible for following rigourously CFP guidelines.
If you have respected all the payment steps, CFP Agents will validate your payment after your academic interview.

If you applied via “I am Applying” tab, French High Education Institutions will review your application, and will indicate on EeF if you are admitted to your different Academic Programs by 30th April 2027. If you are selected in one or several of your Academic Programs, a Payment Notification will be sent promptly attached with the Campus France receipt.
If you applied via “I am Accepted” tab, a Payment Notification will be sent after your CFP academic interview, attached with the Campus France receipt.
No AEG appointment should be booked before having received the Campus France Receipt.
As the Payment notification is sent, you should as soon as possible contact AEG to schedule a student visa appointment at the French Consulate in Islamabad (Diplomatic Enclave).
After your visa appointment at the French Consulate, you might receive the outcome from 2 weeks to 2 months.
While you apply on Etudes en France, the submitted documents can be provided in English only.
Students must pay the Campus France Pakistan fee whenever they apply to a different academic program. Candidature and Preconsular are considered to be two different application processes, which require a different payment.
The payment of the application fee for Candidature campaign does not cover the cost of a later application for Preconsular campaign.
A student who faced a VLS-TS visa rejection upon its application can apply again.
However, Campus France Pakistan does not accept an application for the same academic project during the same academic year upon visa refusal.
French HEI indicates « Program Discontinued » when the program is not available anymore. If the Candidature campaign is pending, you shall choose another program. If the Candidature campaign is over, you unfortunately cannot edit this choice anymore.
We strongly advise you to contact the institution in charge of the program to inquire about the details regarding their available programs.
The passport must be valid for at least 18 months from the academic intake. No other ID document will be accepted.

Please bear in mind all documents mentioned are compulsory. If you get an appointment without these documents, your visa application will be rejected.
The purpose of the financial statement is to prove that you have sufficient funds to cover both tuition fees and living expenses for at least one year in France. If a student receives a scholarship that covers all or part of these costs, they can submit the scholarship documentation to demonstrate available funds.
The French government has updated the minimum proof of financial resources required for a French student visa. From 1 August 2026, students applying for a study visa must demonstrate 877.5 euros per month as proof of funds.
Apart from the scholarships of Embassy of France, Campus France Pakistan do not provide any financial support.
Do I need to visit the French Embassy to collect my passport?
Students will collect their passports from the same AEG office where they booked their appointment.
Please note that it is your responsibility to verify the quality and recognition status of your chosen institution and degree program.
We fully understand the emotional and financial distress this situation causes. Refunding processes can take time and be delayed.
You should remain in contact with your French Higher Education, provide the necessary information for refund and collect all the information about the process.
If the French Higher Education Institution does not process with your refund within a reasonable amount of time, kindly contact us on our email [email protected] .
We will acknowledge your situation and report your situation to competent authorities in France. Although Campus France Pakistan does not have the legal mandate to escalate further individual contractual litigation or provide legal assistance, we will explain to you the legal steps you might take.
