Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Place popcorn in a large bowl or container. In a large sauce pan over medium heat, melt butter and marshmallows stirring frequently. Cook 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Pour evenly over popcorn; stir quickly to coat. With wet hands, quickly shape popcorn into one 4-inch and one 6-inch ball. Flatten one side of 6-inch ball and place on waxed paper. Top with 4-inch ball to form head. Decorate as desired and enjoy!
Place finished popcorn man on a pretty Christmas plate and sprinkle shredded coconut around it to look like snow.
