We're still looking to grow the Handstand Toolkit further and as part of this process, we need your help.
Having now introduced the shoulder and pancake modules, we've opened up doors for going deeper into handstand presses, better tucks and straight lines.
What turned out to be the biggest Handstand Toolkit update is a stepping stone towards going deeper into existing and new topics.
We would love for you to share your experience to help us to spread the word about the Handstand Toolkit.
To do this we're planning on replacing our testimonials section with a video compilation of your feedback + results. We want to hear your stories and experiences of learning to handstand.
Using our new flexibility content, we're planning to upgrade the press, tuck and the one arm material.
We're also looking at introducing a completely new topic on how to get a straight line handstand.
All of these required better flexibility content.
