The online store is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for browsing. If you wish to purchase a product or service then you must register using your e-mail address and a password of your own choice.
How do I know that I have successfully purchased a product or service from the store?
Once the payment process has been completed you will receive an e-mail confirming the items you have purchased.
What do I do if I cannot remember my password?
At the login stage you will see a forgotten password button. If you enter your e-mail address at this point then a password reminder will be sent to that address.
Is there a limit to what I can buy from the Online Store?
Occassionally there may be restrictions due to stock levels or restrictions on a particular product or service. If this is the case then a message will appear when you are choosing the relevant goods.
What do I do if I decide I no longer want a product or service that I have added to my basket?
Products and services can be added or removed from your shopping basket at any point of the shopping experience up until a payment is made.
What do I do if I have made a mistake but have completed the transaction?
If you have a problem once a purchase is complete refer to the information in the Sale Confirmation e-mail.
