Monitor stock levels and coordinate with retailers to prevent out-of-stock situations.
Execute in-store promotions and ensure point-of-sale materials are properly displayed.
Conduct regular outlet visits to maintain product presentation and visibility.
Gather market insights including competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer preferences.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and store personnel.
Provide feedback and reports on market conditions and merchandising performance.
Support sales initiatives to improve brand positioning and product performance.
Minimum qualification: SPM / Diploma or equivalent.
1–2 years of experience in merchandising, retail, FMCG, or related industries is preferred.
Possess valid driving license and own transportation (mandatory).
Willing to travel between retail outlets when required.
Good communication and relationship-building skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
