I don't have any patron saint in my culture but I have a legend of the dragon in my culture was know as the golden dragon Hlyan Htet the dangerous dragon in my culture.
Well I think that this story is highly not fair to the princess or the king because the dragon only having the princess is not fair and they should think before sending anyone to get eaten by such a bad dragon they should not risk the princesses life for everybody and the princess did not even volunteer to go in the forest to get eaten but lucky is she to have a knight who fought for her life and killed that dragon they might even marry? What do you think they would be a perfect match right?
I knew about this story in school. I learned how the perspective of the dragons changed from good to evil in Europe and how George is known all around it. I also learned that England's flag comes from him.
A very good question! The king thinks that the dragon would like to have the princess. But that's not very fair, is it?
