Raq.com gives a business and its AI agents one place to work. Teams use it for tasks, files, communications, customer work and specialist tools. Codex, Claude Code and other agents can use controlled Raq.com interfaces so their work happens inside the same accounts and permission boundaries as the team. Raq.com's own agent is called Supercomputer.

Custom Modules are account-specific native Raq.com modules built, hosted and maintained by Raq.com and Vu. They are separate paid products.
Custom Tools are customer-authored applications built by the customer or their coding agent and run in an isolated Raq.com environment. The two names are not interchangeable.
By default, core text and chat AI requests use provider endpoints that enforce Zero Data Retention. Accounts can disable that protection to access more models. Live web search is controlled separately and may use standard provider routing for the search lookup. Image, video and voice tools use their own providers and data-handling terms.
