One night a star falls out of the sky and lands in the middle of a zoo. But no amount of boasting and competing by the various animals to get the sky back home into the sky seems to work. It is only when the most unlikely of insect comes along, not a zoo animal at all, that together with his mates he manages to get the star back home. A perfect storytime adventure that will teach children the value of how working together is fun. Delightful illustrations complement the text.
The animals are settling down for the night when a shooting star falls into the zoo. Little Star is desperate to get back home, but who will help her? One by one, each of the animals offers to help Little Star, but none of them are tall enough to reach the sky.
