I liked the positivity of this book, throughout it encourages readers to be authentically themselves, to take care of yourself yes, but also to enjoy the things your interested in, learn more about yourself, the world around you and topics that inspire you, and don’t be afraid to break from the crowd while being true to yourself.
With importance placed on breaking toxic or damaging thought cycles and being mindful and focused on the present, this is an encouraging book for teenagers wanting to follow their own path.
