But only Elmer is brave enough to investigate, and what he discovers comes as quite a surprise! The 'monster' isn't so scary after all. A fantastic Halloween gift for the youngest children who aren't quite ready for a scare this spooky season, with a subtle message of accepting others and not judging a book by its cover.
