I bought these just as an alternative option for my Associated RB10. I have some black Absima disc wheels for general use and wanted these for when I was playing with my RB10 on a firm beach. They worked absolutely fine on the beach but one thing worth noting is that the sand really sticks to the rubber. I generally always take my wheels off after a run and clean them with a stiff brush under a running tap to get them back to 'display mode' but no matter what I did with these, a certain amount of sand seems to have permanently bonded to the rubber between the spikes. Not a major issue but maybe worth considering if you like to shelf queen your cars like me. That's why I have knocked off 1 star I've never had this issue with any other cars I've used on a beach. I did have to use a drill to open up the centre hole a bit to get them going on and off a bit easier but this is a quick and easy job so nothing to really complain about I've done this with most of my wheels. Not used them enough to really comment on wear characteristics but they are super cheap so I don't see that as an issue.
Fantastic tyres fos bashing
I brought the set of these and when I got them out of the packet they looked cool! A breeze to install and grip so well on grass! Tried on dry dirt and could of gripped a bit better. The only gripe I have to make is i Spilt both one of the rears and front rims! Though was going full speed and hit a stone!
