Introducing the Hobbywing XeRun AXE PLUS R3 Sensored Brushless Crawling Speed Control and AXE 4274SD 1700KV Combo.
The ESC supports up to 6S LiPo battery. It has a maximum output current of up to 135A.
The AXE R3 can be used on 1/10th and 1/8th crawler, also compatible with 1/7th and 1/6th crawler.
Super Internal BEC It has a built-in powerful BEC with a maximum output current of 15A. The voltage is switchable between 6V/7.4V/8.4Vand is suitable for various standard/high-voltage servos and peripheral electrical equipment on the market (such as light sets, winches, etc.).
High protection level The AXE R3 brushless system is now IP67 protected. It has excellent waterproofing and dust-proofing performance to cope with various climatic conditions. Note: The above-mentioned IP67 protection level is splash-proof, water-resistant, and dust-proof under normal use. It is not permanently effective, and the protective performance may decrease due to aging. Do not submerge in water for a long time, otherwise the product may be damaged.

The AXE R3 is 2.1mm longer, 1.7mm wider and 3.7mm shorter than the R2 ESC.
Dual external control channels, real-time adjustment of parameters Connect the white and yellow signal cables to open channels of the receiver to adjust parameters in real time. The actual functions of the white and yellow wires correspond to the setting parameters of channel 3/4 in the parameter table respectively.
FOC drive, linear, with plenty torque, and very quiet The XeRun AXE R3 is equipped with a FOC drive system. The large torque and excellent linearity when operating at low speed further exceeds ordinary brushless power systems and out performs brushed power systems. The XeRun AXE R3 is nearly silent, and it’s the perfect choice for crawling vehicles. Smart torque output, easy to control The ESC automatically increases the torque output to overcome resistance and accelerate up the hill. Vice versa, the ESC automatically reduces the torque output and stabilizes the vehicle speed when going down the hill. Provides excellent control going Up, or Down hills. Smart fan start and stop function The fan starts to operate automatically ONLY when the ESC temperature reaches the preset value. The smart start and stop function of the fan helps to save power, reduce noise, and also ensures that the ESC works in a good temperature range.
Built-in Bluetooth for Connecting the Mobile APP Directly The ESC has a built-in Bluetooth module. Parameter settings, data reading, firmware upgrade and other operations can be achieved by connecting the device to the mobile APP.
Obtain AXE Running Status with Real-time Data Function with ease Connect the ESC to the HW Link mobile app and turn on the real-time data function. You are able to view throttle, voltage, current, temperature, speed and other data in real time, and obtain the ESC and motor operating status with ease. The effective distance is only about 5m due to transmission distance of bluetooth.
Built-in data logging function,ease of obtaining power operating status The ESC has a built in data rcoerding module. Store up to 10 minutes of your most recent run. Using the HW Link V2 App, you can view the data saved to the ESC. In addition, the module allows you to view Real Time Data from the ESC for bench top testing and viewing of the data outputs.
Compatible with AXE R2 motor AXE R3 ESC supports both AXE 4274 R3 motor and AXE 550/540L/540 R2 motor. AXE R2 motor, 2800KV/2100KV/1400KV/2300KV are recommended to use 3-4S. Supports Flysky i-BUS2 protocol. Achieve real-time ESC parameter adjustments using the I-BUS2 protocol on the Flysky Noble controllers. Additionally, the data return function has been implemented to the Flysky Noble remote controllers. You will be able to view data such as battery voltage, motor rpm, operating current, ESC/motor temperature, etc in real time on the transmitter.
A vast variety of parameters The XeRun AXE R3 has a vast variety of parameters for adjustment. It has a total of 21 adjustable parameters and supports 24-degree adjustable Turbo timing.The maximum speed can be unleashed with good road conditions.
6S high power, for crawlers The XeRun AXE R3 motor supports up to 6S LiPo battery. The maximum output power is increased by 106%, and is 11% more efficienct compared to the R2 motor. The default mounting hole is 25.4mm. Please purchase the AXE 4274 motor conversion board if the mounting hole is 30mm.
Two KV options, wide application AXE 4274 R3 is available in both 1700/2000KV options. It meets various application requirements for 1/8th, 1/7th, and 1/6th scale crawlers.
Excellent protection The AXE R3 motor is now IP67 protected. The motor has the proven Hobbywing water proof sensor harness design to cope with complex and various climatic conditions. The above-mentioned IP67 protection level is splash-proof, water-resistant, and dust-proof under normal use. It is not permanently effective, and the protective performance may decrease due to aging. Extended water exposure (submersion) may lead to damage.
Precision Magnetic sensor The motor has a built-in magnetic encoding sensor. The accuracy 60 times better compared to the traditional sensor commonly used in brushless motors. The three-phase signal has excellent consistency and it provides accurate signals from the rotor position.
Supports optional motor adapter, strong compatibility The XeRun AXE R3 motor is built-in with 4 sets of 25.4mm mounting holes, and 4 for M3/M4 respectively. If the frame mounting holes are 30mm, an optional motor mounting conversion plate is available for purchase. The conversion plate is an optional accessory and needs to be purchased separately!
