The Kyosho Fazer MK2 Mazda Savanna RX-3 Readyset pairs a beautifully detailed Ultra Scale 1972 RX-3 body with the evolved FZ02L shaft-driven 4WD touring chassis. A simplified, rigid layout lowers the centre of gravity and improves durability, while full ball bearings, a slipper clutch, sealed gear differentials and oil-filled shocks deliver smooth, reliable performance on typical car-park surfaces. Factory-assembled with a finished body and Syncro KT-231P+ radio system, it’s an easy way to enjoy classic Japanese coupe style with modern RC handling.
The integrated gearbox and reinforced nylon chassis reduce weight and enhance impact resistance. Steering geometry is tuned for consistent control, aided by the KS202W waterproof steering servo. Large dog bones and cup joints boost drivetrain strength, and the belt-mounted battery tray accepts various pack formats. Brake disc wheel hubs with dummy callipers are included in 0 mm and +5 mm offsets for suggested compatibility with 190 mm and 200 mm body widths. The standard 260 mm wheelbase can be adjusted to 274 mm using optional parts (sold separately) for suggested compatibility with other 1/10 body styles.
Power comes from the long-can 550-size G14L 14T brushed motor with an internal cooling fan. A fixed gear-mesh motor mount provides multiple preset pinion positions (29T–37T range) for straightforward gearing changes. Vintage Touring Car tyres and Rostyle-type wheels complete the period-correct look.
