The long awaited ET48 2.0 rear tower is here! Designed, tested, and manufactured in the USA, these towers are CNC milled from premium 7075-T6 aluminum, and then machine polished.
These 9mm thick shock towers were designed with a structural boxed center section which is almost 2-1/2 times the thickness of the stock towers, providing significantly more support from the gearbox to the shock mounting “ears” for more bashing, and less downtime. It also features a raised center portion at the top of the tower so that the “ears” that hold the shocks don’t take all of the hit when you happen to land wheels up. Finally, the “ears” feature a continuous, full thickness rib at the top for extra lateral strength, and shock cap.
