Nosram proudly announces the release of the long awaited Nosram HD competitionspeed control. Its unique combination of hardware and software features wascreated to deliver maximum performance on the track without compromise fortouring car racing. With this in mind, Nosram HD comes fully equipped to bringthe best experience to the user in every racing situation.
The Nosram HD comes equipped with completely redesigned power board and logicboard to unleash the full potential of the new software and to providereliability for todays extreme racing demands. With 8 copper layers and a totalthickness of 2.8mm, the Nosram HD heavy duty power board achieves minimalresistance and drops core temperatures significantly.
First time in use are the exclusive Customized Super FETs CSF01. To improveinternal cooling further, new copper cooling plates come soldered on both PCBsides. Backed with a bulletproof 6V/6V BEC and newly selected high qualitycomponents ensure most consistent operation under extreme loads.
Finally, rounded off with presoldered all black 12AWG power wires, shortreceiver lead and astonishing new black full aluminium case with aluminiumpushbuttons, the new Nosram HD will completely stand out and be perfectly fittedto any touring car chassis.
The HD Stock Spec comes preinstalled with the all new v5.1 software. Thissoftware is adapted to the new hardware and new vital features have been addedto make it best possible for todays need in Stock racing. Initial Drive FeelCompensation (IDFC) has been developed especially with Stock racing in mind tomaximize the comfort of Initial drive feel over the whole race. Activating IDFCwill provide Initial drive increments depending on the temperature of the motor.This innovative feature will help you to match the same power feeling onthrottle over the whole race. You can either select no compensation or adjustmore IDFC to match the desired feeling on throttle after the motor gets hotterand battery weaker. Newly developed Stock parameters for the timing allow tounleash the full power potential in all boosted classes. The new BDXS breakrounds off the package for Stock drivers. 4 different brake types includingBDXS are now included, enabling maximum braking power with increased responsefor pinpoint accuracy when entering tight corners.
By the time of release, Nosram continues to use its wellknown effectivesystem for fast trackside adjustments with pushbuttons, with no need to use aseparate programming unit. The Nosram HD speed control series however isdesigned to support external programming device which is planned to be offeredlater on. Combined with an all new user manual concept, the Nosram HD remainseffective and easy to use for everybody.
