We know there are many of these on the market, but nothing like this one.
We took our sweet time to master this Arrma 6s bulkhead.
We have created many samples in the course months and adjusted things by 0.01 millimeters here and there in order to once and for all create the best of the best.
First, this bulkhead is made out of an extremely strong 7075 Aluminum.
Then, we chrome plated it to achieve great water resistance and a luxurious look to it.
We have created multiple versions till we were happy about the exact gear distance between the ring gear and input shaft and secured the perfect formula to reduce resistance.
(Please note that this is the distance between the top of the input shaft and the differential cup, you may still want to use shims to control the mash caused by the "right-left" movements.
We have decided to invest in high quality real japanese bearings and provide them with the bulkhead for free including for the actual differential.
1 X (5X16X5) NSK Bearing rubber sealed
1 X (8X19X6) NSK Bearing metal sealed
2 X (8X16X5) NSK Bearing rubber sealed
We believe these bearings are much better than the fake "ceramic" trend from china.
The hardware (screws) are included also.
Since this product is chrome plated, some units might show small faded machining marks scratches here and there but nothing crazy.
This is unfortunately inevitable, please be aware and don't be mad :) it goes in to your RC Car and will be driven in harsh conditions anyway.
