Hard foam tyre for touring car tyres, especially good in Schumacher Mini Pin and Rally Block tyres.
These inserts used to be blue and were changed in Oct 2013 to black due to material becoming unavailable. The hardness is the same.
Got these cos Tamiya are to stingy to include them in their kits.
