Tamiya RC Lancia 037 Rally - TA02-S
This R/C assembly car kit replicates the Lancia Rally 037 as raced in the early 1980’s. The highly detailed body is made of durable ABS plastic and it sits on top of Tamiya’s TA-02 S chassis.
The Lancia body is specifically mounted on a TA-02 variant. Known as the TA-02S, this version exhibits a short-wheelbase to accommodate the scale form of the real sports car. It features a tub chassis with 4-wheel, fully independent suspension coupled with a rear ball differential and a front gear type differential.
Excellent model, really good build, would recommend, it looks amazing with led lights in.
Excellent kit. Excellent attention to detail. Not a fast model as standard but can handle medium off road conditions really well and is so much fun. Just stuck a Torque tuned in this week and it's improved acceleration. The body is great almost a shame to run car ..lol
Ah man, where do I begin? This thing is all about the body. The detail is amazing. I managed to build the chassis over 2 days, but the shell took me over 3 weeks on and off waiting for paint to dry, masking etc of course you could just slap the decals on and drive it but it really has to be seen in all the detail to appreciate it. Managed to fit some LED's front and rear. Havn't driven it yet, no idea when that will happen, one crash and it's game over : Excellent service from Modelsport.
