These are replacement semi-slick tarmac tires used on many of Tamiya’s rally car kits. They use a slotted tread for enhanced grip. They are made of a vinyl material for long life.
Quality seems good but yet to try.
I obliterated these tyres in two 30 min carpark runs on lipo3s and a brushless motor.
No comments were left.
Very, very grippy. I found that washing them down with a bit of fairy in the sink keeps the grippiness up.
I really like these tyres, not only do they give superb grip on carpet surfaces but they are the only tyre that I do not have to glue to keep them on the wheel!
