PCB Bancorp - On July 9, 2007 a bank holding company reorganization was completed whereby PCB Bancorp became the parent holding company for Pacific City Bank. On August 25th, 2022, Pacific City Bank officially changed its name to PCB Bank. PCB Bank opened for business in 2003 with the goal of serving as a true community bank focused on Korean-Americans in the greater Los Angeles area. On the date of the reorganization, each outstanding share of PCB Bank common stock was converted into one share of PCB Bancorp common stock and PCB Bank became a wholly-owned subsidiary of the holding company. Virtually all of the holding company’s business is conducted through its sole subsidiary, PCB Bank. On August 10, 2018, PCB Bancorp began trading on the NASDAQ Global Select Market under the ticker symbol PCB.
