NBA 2K25 introduces 72 Takeovers and 14 Takeover Abilities to choose from when creating a new MyPlayer. The Screen Shot below is from the 2k Courtside Report and shows 11 different Takeovers that all sound specific to Centers.
There are 5 levels that your Takeover Meter can fill this year before becoming fully leveled up and activating your Takeover Ability. Each time your Takeover levels up, the boost to your stats from your takeover will increase. After getting to Level 5, your Takeover Ability will automatically be activated.
You will be able to Respec your Takeover between games in 2k25 according to the MyPlayer Courtside Report.
These are the only Takeovers released so far. All of these sound like they are for Bigs. They are also in alphabetical order and end at L which leads me to believe there are more Takeovers for Bigs to choose from.
