Kelly Bradley, RBCâs Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), has responsibility for Human Resources, extending to over 97,000 employees in 29 countries, along with Brand, Marketing, Citizenship and Communications. Her dynamic global teams protect and enhance RBCâs strong brand with clients and communities, while engaging employees in delivering on RBCâs Purpose. Along with other members of the Group Executive, Kelly is responsible for setting the overall strategic direction of RBC.
Before becoming CHRO in 2022, Kelly was Senior Vice President, Talent Strategy & Solutions, leading enterprise-wide strategy and programs for Leadership, Learning & Performance, Future of Work and Culture, Diversity & Inclusion and Organizational Effectiveness. Kelly co-led the first phase of a multi-year transformation designed to create a more agile, future-ready and digitally enabled HR function.
Kelly began her career with RBC in 1995, holding increasingly senior roles in Personal & Commercial Banking and in Human Resources. In her more than 25 years in financial services, she has become known as a dynamic leader with deep expertise in building and executing strategies that unlock the potential of people, enable innovation and drive business growth. She has led many programs that have strengthened RBCâs inclusive culture, advanced the strategic impact of the HR function, and elevated RBCâs reputation as an employer of choice.
Kelly holds a Master of Arts degree in Leadership from the University of Guelph. She has one son and lives in Markham, Ontario, Canada.
