I was delighted to participate in two insightful panel discussions at the 2025 Operational Excellence Forum.
In the first session, I explored the tools and methodologies that help embed a culture of continuous improvement within organizations. We discussed how to systematically build this culture in the workplace and link it to institutional values. I emphasized that real transformation begins with daily habits and practices that reflect the organization’s identity and mission.
In the second session, I addressed how to ensure that organizational excellence remains a living culture—not merely a document written for awards. The discussion included a brief history of excellence models, the multi-dimensional challenges faced by high-performing institutions, and practical advice on embedding excellence as both mindset and practice.
Both sessions were rich in dialogue, and I was pleased to engage with a distinguished group of speakers and experts who enriched the discussions with diverse perspectives and forward-thinking insights.
