Added a new "Enable High Availability" configurable option for VPS ordered via WHMCS. When the option is selected, the Virtual Server is placed on a Compute Resource protected by High Availability, so it is automatically moved to another Compute Resource if its host becomes unavailable. The option is available both when ordering a product and when upgrading an existing one. In both cases the customer is asked to confirm, because enabling High Availability migrates the Virtual Server and it can be temporarily unavailable during the migration.
