Great texture, sort of like a light shortbread, and subtle flavor.
Absolutely delicious!!! The cookie was tender and crumbly without being dry and the cream filling was perfectly custardy and not too sweet with a subtle taro flavour!
These were really good. Sweet and crunchy. Really crumbly though. And we only got 2 in the box. Made sharing kinda hard, but these were delicious 😋
I like the creamy center, but the cookie itself was too dry and crumbly.
