First time it was delivered in very poor condition so rejected the first one second one was delivered with no problem the first one should never been sent out in that condition but overall only ok

We had to return the first one sent as it was defective (no fault of Livemore) but this was made easy and quick with no cost to us and the replacement was with us very quickly and works perfectly.
This one works my previous one never did and with no warranty it then split in two and fell off the wall
Having a long garden this hose has been ideal & don’t have to wind it up every night. Was easy to install but did find that the drill size recommended wasn’t big enough so used an 8 instead. It’s heavy to pull but with the size that’s to be expected. It retracts as it says. Just need to remember to empty it in the winter time
