Digital Products & Services No returns are applicable for any digital products or services. No refunds once: License keys are issued Software access is provided API setup, integration, or configuration is initiated Setup fees, service charges, integration fees, and subscription charges are non-refundable. Refunds are considered only for duplicate payments, subject to verification. Physical Products (NFC Cards & IVR Units) Returns are accepted only if: Product is damaged in transit, or Incorrect product delivered Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Product must be unused and in original condition. No refunds for: Customized NFC cards Products damaged due to misuse or negligence. Quantumtec Technologies reserves the right to reject refund or return requests if services or products have already been consumed, activated, or customized. If observed any illegal activites by the subscriber or customer on the Quantumtec Technologies digital platform, Quantumtec Technologies reserves right to delete account or report same to legal authorities of India or lauch /take legal action on subscriber or customer without any prior permision / intimation to customer
