We live in the vibrant heart of de Bollenstreek, famous for its sprawling flower fields. Every corner of this region bursts with color and history, you can attend the iconic Flower Parade or stroll through picturesque tulip fields.

Katwijk is a town by the sea. Lazy beach days, walks through the dunes, vast beaches, and great surf: the Dutch coast has it all.
There are numerous marked hiking and biking trails in the sand dunes where you can make your own various trips. We love to take our dog Izzy.

In September and October, the apples are ripe and ready to be plucked off of the tree. It’s a perfect family activity and afterwards we make a delicious homemade Dutch apple pie.
