Pokémon Scarlet & Violet are getting an update on December 1, 2022 that will fix a few issues , and the Ranked Battles Season 1 goes live starting December 1, 2022 at 8:00pm PST / 11:00pm EST (December 2 at 04:00 UTC ) and lasting until January 4, 2023 at 3:59pm PST / 6:59pm EST (23:59 UTC) .
Season 2 begins on January 4, 2023 at 8:00pm PST / 11:00pm EST (January 5, 2023 at 04:00 UTC) , although its battle rules have not been confirmed at this time.
According to the official Nintendo post outlining the update for Scarlet & Violet, the update will take place on December 1, 2022 and it will add or address the following:
