CSDM & Data Integrity: Model legal data per CSDM 4.0/5.0 enforce data governance for legal matters documents and services integrate with Service Graph. Automation & Integration: Build legal workflow automations using Flow Designer Decision Builder and IntegrationHub integrate with HRSD ITSM GRC and third-party legal systems (MID Server OAuth 2.0). User Experience: Develop Next Experience Workspaces/Portals with UI Builder ensure WCAG accessibility configure AI Search Virtual Agent Next Best Action. Security Privacy & Compliance: Implement ACLs roles scoped app protections Zero Trust principles ensure GDPR compliance attorney-client privilege and data retention policies.
