We are seeking a skilled SAP BASIS Lead Consultant with strong technical expertise and presales exposure to support solutioning for SAP transformation programs. The role involves working closely with sales delivery and customers to design scalable and cost-effective SAP technical solutions while leveraging strong BASIS fundamentals and modern SAP technologies (S/4HANA & Cloud). The candidate will act as a technical SME in presales contributing to solution design estimation and proposal creation.

Technical Competencies A. Core SAP BASIS Skills (Must Have) Strong experience in: o SAP NetWeaver / ECC landscapes o Installations upgrades migrations o System performance tuning and troubleshooting Exposure to SAP Solution Manager B. Modern SAP Technologies
Working knowledge of: SAP S/4HANA SAP HANA database SAP Fiori / Gateway Awareness of: SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Integration concepts C. Cloud & Infrastructure
Consulting & Presales Skills Ability to understand customer requirements and translate into technical solutions Experience in estimation proposal preparation and presentations Strong stakeholder interaction skills (technical & business teams) Ability to articulate technical solutions in business-friendly language Soft Skills Strong communication and presentation skills Proactive ownership-driven mindset Ability to work in cross-functional and global teams Educational Qualifications Bachelors degree in Engineering / IT / Computer Science SAP BASIS / HANA / S/4 certifications preferred
