Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Certified in Healthy Planet - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve software issues effectively. - Experience with system monitoring and incident management tools to ensure prompt response to system alerts. - Ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Familiarity with software lifecycle processes and best practices in application support. - Capability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
