Job Description ServiceNow Project Manager Role Project Manager ServiceNow Experience 610 years of relevant experience Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage ServiceNow projects from planning through delivery and closure. The role will be responsible for project governance stakeholder coordination delivery tracking risk and issue management and ensuring projects are delivered within agreed scope timelines and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end ServiceNow projects including planning execution monitoring and closure. Define project plans milestones deliverables dependencies and timelines. Coordinate ServiceNow developers business analysts architects testers and other stakeholders. Track project progress deliverables resource utilization risks issues and dependencies. Conduct project governance meetings and provide regular status reports to stakeholders. Manage scope change requests risks issues and escalation processes. Coordinate SIT UAT deployment go-live and hypercare activities. Ensure project documentation governance and reporting are maintained. Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure expectations and delivery commitments are met. Required Skills Strong project management experience preferably in ServiceNow implementation or transformation projects. Good understanding of ServiceNow modules and implementation lifecycle. Experience managing cross-functional and distributed teams. Strong stakeholder management communication and presentation skills. Good knowledge of Agile/Scrum and project governance practices. Experience with project planning RAID management status reporting and delivery tracking. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Qualifications & Experience Relevant project management experience in IT/enterprise application projects. Experience managing ServiceNow projects is preferred. PMP PRINCE2 Scrum Master or equivalent certification is an advantage. ServiceNow knowledge/certification is an added advantage. Key Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Good communication and stakeholder collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. Strong focus on quality timelines and delivery.
