Role Purpose The purpose of this role is to increase revenue maximize process efficiency & cost-effectiveness and ensure excellent customer experience through effective supervision of daily operations and personnel contract compliance resource optimization and capability development within an account.
Roles & Responsiblity
Create GIS-based utility modernisation offerings; define pipeline monitoring and asset intelligence use cases; support utility and infrastructure client engagements; build proposals and modernisation frameworks; conduct workshops and solution walkthroughs; create utility-focused POVs and collateral; support RFPs with scope assumptions capability responses and technical inputs; work with GIS analysts to build utility GIS datasets dashboards geospatial layers remote sensing workflows and infrastructure analytics demos; track energy utilities and infrastructure GIS trends.
