Required Skills & Certification:
Roles & Responsibilities:
Required Skills Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. Experience in SAP SuccessFactors Time Off and/or Time Tracking. Knowledge of MDF Business Rules Workflows Foundation Objects and Role-Based Permissions (RBP). Experience with data migration tools and import/export processes. Understanding of EC integrations with Payroll and other SuccessFactors modules. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience in Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification. SAP SuccessFactors Time Management (Time Off/Time Tracking) Certification. Experience with Employee Central Payroll integration. Knowledge of Integration Center CPI/BTP integrations and reporting tools.
